The radius is one of the two long bones in the forearm, running parallel to the ulna from the elbow to the wrist. It plays a central role in rotating the forearm, allowing movements like turning the palm up or down. The head of the radius articulates with the humerus at the elbow, while its distal end connects with the wrist bones, helping transmit forces from the hand to the upper arm. Along with the ulna, the radius provides stability and flexibility, serving as a vital link between the movements of the hand and the rest of the arm.

In short, it is perfectly legal to possess and sell human bones in the United States. There are a few exceptions to this: a few states have banned import and export, and of course, any archaeological resources protected by the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
