This could be one of the most unique and interesting specimens we've ever carried. It's a truly remarkable specimen and a crowning jewel for any oddity collection. But what is a cyclops kitten? Glad you asked.

A cyclops kitten is a rare congenital anomaly in which a kitten is born with a single eye in the center of its forehead, a condition known as cyclopia. This abnormality occurs due to improper development during gestation, where the brain and facial features fail to divide correctly. Cyclops kittens often have other severe defects, such as missing noses, making survival beyond birth extremely unlikely. The condition is extremely rare, occurring in approximately 1 in 100,000 births. Cyclops kittens are often subjects of scientific study due to their rarity and the insights they provide into developmental biology. I, the web guy, have not seen one of these pass through our doors, and I've been here for more than 10 years. It is without a doubt a very special and captivating addition to any curio cabinet.
