Weaving threads of autumn sunlight into a gossamer veil, the spindly spider in the “Weaver” set has been busy crafting an intricate web from soft-spun, pearlescent paper.

Each piece is printed double-sided on shimmer paper, giving it a subtle mother-of-pearl effect, then expertly laser-cut with precise, intricate detail. Based on real specimens, they accurately reflect natural size and coloration, or in this case, lack thereof. Every specimen in the Wunderkammer Relics series comes mounted on a beautiful 5.5" x 8.5" backing card, perfect for safekeeping or gifting.

Wunderkammer, or “room of wonder,” refers to a curated collection of curiosities and treasures. Inspired by the carefully arranged specimens and artifacts found in natural history museums, these intricate paper remains are so lifelike it’s hard to believe they are made of paper.
