This could be our new favorite skull. Look at how unique this guys is! The South African springhare or springhaas is not actually a hare, but a member of the order Rodentia. It is one of two living species in the genus Pedetes, and is native to southern Africa. The springhare resembles a small kangaroo with well-developed hind legs, which allow it to leap over 6-7ft! Pretty obvious why it got the name "Spring hare" huh?
