This charming little piece features a real Italian honey bee paired with a flower, preserved in clear resin. The species, Apis mellifera ligustica, is known for being highly adaptable and one of the top producers of commercial honey worldwide. The transparent lucite lets you see the bee from every angle, making it a fun and easy way to take a closer look at its details.

With the added flower, it has a cute, giftable feel and works just as well as a small display piece or learning tool.

The resin block measures about 1 1/2 inches square and 1/2 inch thick. It comes boxed with a small organza bag, so it is ready for gifting if you’d like. Because these are real specimens, the size, placement, and coloring of the bee and flower may vary slightly, but each one is carefully selected for quality.
