Tumbled Turquoise Stone
The mineral turquoise is a hydrated copper-aluminum-phosphate. The mineral turquoise is named after Turkey, the country through which it passed when the mineral first reached Europe; otherwise it is not known to be in Turkey. Funny how that works.
This stone has a ton of history and is part of many cultures as a symbol of wisdom, nobility and immortality. Most notably used by the native American for jewelry and embellishment. It was seen as a symbol of wisdom, nobility and immortality.
According the metaphysics, Turquoise is a Throat Chakra stone. It is also associated with the Heart Chakra in regards to opening up to give and receive love.
