Look at that smile! The spotted gar is one impressive fish and it's got an impressive set of chompers. It's an opportunistic ambush predator, it tends to float or stand still in the water, then lunge forward snatching its prey. It feeds mostly fish and invertebrates, but has been know to snack on birds and small mammals. Its bite can be severe, if provoked, but it is a mostly harmless fish despite its huge size and fearsome mouth of needle like teeth. It's a wonderful addition to any skull collection but be careful while handling it. It's teeth are still very very sharp.

All skulls and bones vary slightly in size and shape. You will receive a high quality specimen of the selected item but not the exact one pictured.

All orders ship same or next business day with exception to oversized items. Those items will be identified in the description (Items such as large taxidermy, skulls or exceedingly heavy minerals).
