This stunning butterfly (Salamis parhassus) is one you’ve got to see to believe. Its wings shimmer greenish-white with a mother-of-pearl glow, which is how it gets its name. When it’s in flight, it’s absolutely mesmerizing, flashing pink, purple, yellow, and green as the sunlight hits at different angles. With a wingspan of about 100mm, there’s a lot of beauty to take in. Just like its blue morpho cousin, photos don’t come close to capturing how incredible it looks in person.

All insects and Butterflies vary slightly in size and shape. You will receive a high quality specimen of the selected item but not the exact one pictured.

All orders ship same or next business day with exception to oversized items. Those items will be identified in the description (Items such as large taxidermy, skulls or exceedingly heavy minerals).
