Rabbits are credited with everything from bring people boiled eggs on a religious holiday to acting out complex human emotions in books such as "Watership Down". These amazing animals have quite the personality and are capable of some pretty amazing things. For one, rabbits can have multiple litters each year, giving birth to up to nine babies, known as "kittens," each time. They are born blind and spend their first few days in a nest lined with grass and their mothers' fur. Unlike the Easter Bunny mentioned above, rabbits don't really lay eggs, but hopefully you already knew that.
