This powder is a patented, safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly polymer designed to mimic most of the properties of real snow. These polymers can expand up to 100 times their original size. It can feel cool to the touch because it is 99% water. Unlike real snow, it will not melt or blow away and can be used on almost any surface, indoors or outside.
