A cast iron monkey hook is pretty much what it sounds like. A sturdy little wall hook shaped like a monkey. Back in the day, these were practical household hooks for coats, hats, or keys, but people also liked them because they’re quirky and fun.

It’s equal parts “solid hardware” and “monkey business.” Basically, it’s a hook that does its job while side-eyeing you like, “yeah, hang your stuff here, human.”
