Enjoy old fashion time telling with this Authentic Models sundial with compass. This sundial and compass is made with a beautiful brass finish and is designed to resemble an 18th century time tell tool. No long ago, this device would have been used to tell local time, by holding it in the appropriate angle with the triangle out to meet the sun. The sun would cast a small shadow across the dial to provide the local time. This sundial and compass can be used in this same way, but be sure that the local latitude corresponds with the angle of the gnomon for more accurate results.

All orders ship same or next business day with exception to oversized items. Those items will be identified in the description (Items such as large taxidermy, skulls or exceedingly heavy minerals).
