Paxton Gate is an unusual retail store specializing in treasures and oddities inspired by the natural sciences. We are currently looking for a retail/sales associate. This is a seasonal position for the holidays with a chance to stay on.
Required:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- Able to work weekdays and weekends
- Interest, education, or experience in the following areas:
- Gardening
- General Science
- Horticulture
- Botany
- Taxidermy
- Entomology
- Geology
- Paleontology
Duties include: assisting customers with questions & purchases, attending to the plants sold in the store, assisting with display, keeping the store tidy, and more.
