This rare form of Lemurian quartz features a “dreamcoat,” or overgrowth, of other crystals over it. Generally these are chlorite, hematite, and rutile but also may contain the “super seven”. Amethyst, cacoxenite, clear quartz, goethite, lepidocrocite, rutile, and smokey quartz make up the super seven (also known as Melody’s stone.) It’s a bit of a grab bag crystal but that’s nowhere near a bad thing when you consider what's in the bag! Dreamcoats are a somewhat new discovery and are only found in Brazil. Considering lemurian quartz was discovered and largely is found in Brazil, it makes sense that these beautiful variants would be found there. 

According to metaphysics: Since it is a combination of many different crystals, it’s said to possess a wide range of metaphysical properties. Each crystal is different because of the various combinations that make up its “Dreamcoat”. Some say Lemurian Dreamcoat is a powerful activation stone that helps you set and realize your greatest intentions. Some believe that it helps us integrate our past with our present, allowing us to pull ourselves together into our one, whole being. Being so unique from one another, it’s hard to pin down exact properties but that’s not a bad thing. It’s a metaphysical and spiritual journey waiting for you to set sail with it.
