Octopus -- a sea creature that is both highly intelligent and mysterious. Its tentacles flow through the water so elegantly and appear to be dancing. But these tentacles aren’t just a beautiful decoration. Octopus needs these arms not only to swim, but also to move things within their surroundings and hunt.

Octopus have primate-level intelligence. It can reason, plan, and improvise. Not many people know this unique creature. We wanted to show respect for this overlooked genius of the deep.

We chose the infinity symbol to showcase its likeness. We wanted to convey that the octopus was a wise creature with deep spiritual ties to many cultures. We worked tirelessly on our prototype until we achieved the level of realism we were happy with. We wanted the tentacles on our pendant to be detailed works of art in themselves.
