Return Policy

PaxtonGate.com guarantees your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please access "My Returns" in your Account and follow the instructions to request return authorization. Once your return request is received, it will be evaluated by Paxton Gate and resolved as soon as possible. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, (excluding gift packaging) and original tags (if any) must be attached.  Return requests for items purchased from PaxtonGate.com received within 14 days from the ship date may be replaced, exchanged for other merchandise/store credit, or the original purchase amount may be refunded — less shipping fees — to the original purchaser.  Return requests received 15 to 30 days from the ship date may be replaced or exchanged for other merchandise/store credit only.  We do not accept returns after 30 days.  Return shipping fees will be paid by the purchaser unless the reason for the return is the fault of Paxton Gate or the shipping company (e.g. incorrect item shipped, broken in shipping, etc.) See International Shipping below for International Return information.

 

International Returns

If the original purchaser, Customs or related agencies, whether domestic or outside the United States, return the shipment in good order (as noted in Return Policy above) within 30 days of the ship date it may be exchanged for other merchandise, store credit, or the original purchase amount may be refunded — less shipping and other fees — to the original purchaser. Items returned after 30 days from the ship date may be replaced or exchanged for other merchandise/store credit only. There are no refunds after 30 days. Delays, returns, quarantines, etc. caused by Customs and related agencies, whether domestic or outside the United States, do not constitute a viable reason for return and the same Return Policy noted above applies.
